Terms of service

Version 25 October 2026. These terms are a translation of our Dutch algemene voorwaarden; if they differ, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Who we are

SMPM – Social Media Post Maker ("SMPM") is an online service and trade name of Desannes, the Netherlands. Contact: via our contact form.

2. Who SMPM is for

SMPM is intended exclusively for businesses and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their trade or business. You sign up with a business email address. These terms apply to all use of SMPM.

3. The service

SMPM turns your own photos into designed social media posts and short videos. You receive the files and publish them yourself. We do our best to keep SMPM running smoothly, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. We may improve and change SMPM.

4. Free trial

After signing up you can use SMPM free of charge for 3 days, without entering payment details. After the trial you need a paid subscription to keep using SMPM. A trial never automatically turns into a paid subscription.

5. Subscription, price and payment

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time via "Manage subscription" in your account. Your subscription then ends at the end of the current (paid) period, and you can keep using SMPM until then. We do not refund the current period, unless required by law.

7. Fair use

"Unlimited" means as many posts as you reasonably need for your own business. Use clearly beyond that (for example generating posts automatically or in bulk, or creating posts for third parties as a service) may be limited by us after consulting you.

8. Your material and your posts

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for SMPM in the 12 months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

10. Your data

How we handle your data is described in our privacy statement.

11. Other

We may change these terms; we will notify you of important changes in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established.
